Chloe Dockendorff grew up in Prince Edward Island, Canada, and is a recent graduate of the Alberta Ballet School’s Post-Graduate Program. She is grateful to have had the opportunity to travel across Canada, training and performing in classical ballet and contemporary dance, as well as various other styles such as tap, jazz, modern, flamenco, and character. Chloe has performed the titular roles in the Maritime Conservatory of the Arts’ productions of Alice the Ballet and Cinderella, various roles in productions with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen, and has performed in Alberta Ballet School’s 2022 production of Paquita. She also performed the role of Mary Poppins in the Broadway Company Players’ 2019 production. She was a semi-finalist in the 2019 Geneé International Ballet Competition, and performed with Canada’s Ballet Jörgen’s Junior Company in 2022. She has received additional training at Canada’s National Ballet School, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, Victoria Academy of Ballet, and Orlando Ballet School. Chloe is also a certified Stott Pilates mat and reformer instructor, and has a passion for movement and expression. She is thrilled to be joining VNB for its 2022-23 season!
